Project objectives
The main goal of this project is to design and implement new strategic management at the Institute of Mathematics of the Czech Academy of Sciences following the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The essential result of the project will be receiving and retaining the HR Excellence in Research Award granted by the European Commission. The main activities of the project involve human resources management, gender equality, internal evaluation, and international cooperation. The project will contribute to increasing the prestige of the Institute of Mathematics and to creating a stimulating and attractive work environment.
